These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Buyer: The person placing an order through this website.

All transactions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

1. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through this website by selecting the desired goods or services.

Payment may be made:

• Using the integrated online payment methods, or

• By paying an invoice issued by the Seller and sent via email.

Invoices are issued electronically and are valid without a signature.

Services are prepared and/or goods are shipped only after full payment has been received.

2. Delivery

Physical goods are delivered within 20 days after payment is received. Delivery timing may be coordinated individually with the Buyer.

Digital services (including Tarot consultations) are delivered electronically via email or as otherwise agreed.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

For physical goods, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing.

Returned goods must be sent back within 7 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Individually prepared services, including personalized Tarot consultations

• Custom-made goods produced specifically for the Buyer

• Perishable or quickly consumable goods

• Opened audio, video, or software products

By purchasing a personalized consultation, the Buyer acknowledges that the service is individually prepared and therefore non-refundable once delivered.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of goods during the withdrawal period.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct compensation if:

• The product has been damaged due to improper use

• Instructions were not followed

• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged

6. Data Protection

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the provided personal data may be used for order processing, delivery, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Order-related communication will be sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
